Are there any ports blocked or are there any restrictions with your proxy service?

All mail ports are blocked by our proxies and no other restrictions apply except our Service Terms.

As a rule of thumb everything that does not generate an abuse complaint from a third party is allowed.

Please note that we do close accounts on any abuse complaint received for the IPs assigned to the offending user.
